Cucumber contains what in nature is called structured water. It is the water that comes from nature before it is treated or processed. Because the water is surrounded by other nutrients, it enters the cells faster and helps to keep you two times more hydrated compared to a glass of water.
So far, 73 different compounds have been found in cucumbers that has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory benefits.

8 cups water
1 tbsp. Ginger (grated)
4 tbsp. Sugar
Wash cucumbers to remove dirt or foreign matter. Cut cucumbers in sizes, do not measure just estimate the sizes. Add water, cucumber pieces and grated ginger to an electric blender and puree for 3 to 4 minutes. Strain in jug , add other ingredients and mix to taste.
Ice cubes may also be added to make juice more refreshing.
*You could substitute the sugar for honey if you like.
